Edukacja
A passionate advocate for a meaningful life. Psychologist, specialist in positive psychology and career coaching, and author of books on conscious career development, including guides that help parents support their children in making informed educational and career decisions.

I lead Ukierunkowani, a London-based initiative dedicated to helping individuals find a life and career path that genuinely reflects who they are — aligned with their values, identity, and full potential. I hold a degree from the world’s only program combining Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology, completed at one of the UK’s top universities. For years, I’ve supported people through key moments of transition and decision-making, helping them gain clarity on who they are and what they truly want — so they can build a life and career that feel authentic, balanced, and fulfilling.

My expertise lies in shaping purposeful professional identities, uncovering personal strengths, and guiding conscious life and career choices. I combine psychology, coaching, and tailor-made educational tools to support lasting growth in both adults and young people.
What sets my approach apart is its integration of psychology with business insight. I also hold a diploma in Business Law and have completed trainings in international economics, strategy, and branding. This unique blend allows me to bridge personal development with practical market awareness, offering holistic support — whether you're looking to shift direction, launch your own brand, or create more meaning in your current role.

I’ve contributed to organizations such as Mind, Lifeline Project, Victim Support, the University of Westminster, and the Polish Psychologists’ Association, working on initiatives that empower personal growth and emotional resilience. Currently, I’m also developing digital educational tools to help young people and adults navigate their career paths with clarity and confidence — especially in a fast-changing world full of new possibilities.
